A beautiful handmade patchwork quilt, featuring a delightful collection of Tilda fabrics and thoughtfully made to be used, loved and treasured.

Featuring a charming combination of traditional patchwork crosses and colourful squares, this lovely quilt brings together an assortment of delicate Tilda floral prints in soft shades of green, blue, pink, peach and warm earthy tones. The carefully selected fabrics have a gentle, vintage-inspired appeal, creating a quilt that is both fresh and timeless.

The design features alternating large and small patchwork crosses, interspersed with squares of coordinating floral fabrics. Each print has its own character, with tiny blossoms, leafy patterns and intricate details creating a wonderful variety of colour and pattern. The crisp white background allows the fabrics to shine, giving the quilt a lovely light and airy feel.

The all-over quilting features graceful, flowing swirls, adding beautiful texture and movement while complementing the traditional patchwork design. The contrasting deep olive-green backing features a delicate trailing floral and leafy pattern in soft pink and green, giving the quilt a completely different look when turned over. A coordinating floral binding completes the quilt.

Made using traditional patchwork techniques, the Tilda fabrics have been carefully selected, with each piece individually cut and pieced on a domestic sewing machine. The quilt has been professionally machine quilted for durability, making it practical for everyday use while still being something special to keep.

Made from natural cotton fabrics and wadding, this generously sized quilt is soft, comfortable and perfect for snuggling under, draping over a bed or adding a gentle touch of colour and charm to a bedroom.

This quilt was originally made by Karen as a demonstration quilt for Rainbow Patchwork. A lovely opportunity to own a unique, handmade quilt.
