A beautiful handmade patchwork quilt, featuring lovely Tilda fabrics and thoughtfully made to be used, loved and treasured.

This charming quilt brings together a delightful collection of Tilda prints in soft shades of pink, lavender, blue, green and warm earthy tones. The delicate floral patterns and gentle colours are beautifully complemented by a soft sage-green background, giving the quilt a fresh, peaceful and timeless appeal.

The carefully arranged patchwork pieces create an intricate geometric design, with squares, triangles and strips forming a striking symmetrical pattern. The combination of traditional piecing and contemporary styling makes this quilt equally lovely in a classic or modern setting.

The all-over quilting features playful overlapping circles, adding beautiful texture and movement while softening the geometric design. The pretty floral backing, with its delicate pink, lavender and green blossoms, provides a lovely contrast and gives the quilt a completely different look when turned over. A subtle striped binding completes the quilt.

Made using traditional patchwork techniques, the fabrics have been carefully selected, with each piece individually cut and pieced on a domestic sewing machine. The quilt has been professionally machine quilted for durability, making it practical for everyday use while still being something special to keep.

Made from natural cotton fabrics and wadding, this generously sized quilt is soft, comfortable and perfect for snuggling under, draping over a sofa or adding a gentle touch of colour to a bedroom.

This quilt was originally made by Karen as a demonstration quilt for Rainbow Patchwork. It has not been washed and is ready for its new home.
