Refunds and returns
If you receive faulty goods or have a problem with your order please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will replace any faulty goods or refund if the goods are no longer available.
As your fabric is cut to order we are unable to exchange if you change your mind. We will gladly replace fabrics if there is a manufacturing fault. No refund or exchange is offered on goods received in good order. Shipping fees are non refundable under any circumstances.
Out of stock
If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by email within 2 of our business days (hours of opening are at the bottom of the web site) to make specific arrangements with you either to cancel the order or to let you know expected delivery times of the goods.
We do our best to represent the goods accurately especially regarding colour. However through the process of photography and also the difference in set up of screens (computer, phone, tablet) colours may not look exactly as they are in reality. You can contact us to send you a small swatch for $2 per fabric, this will be deducted from your purchase if you buy the fabric.
